Chunky was started by business students Will Peirce and Jonny Teeling. After frustration at the cost to “go somewhere different”, the pair started constructing a business plan to allow students to visit locations and events that they may not normally go to.
After developing relationship with coach companies, constructing a user-friendly website and planning the upcoming trips, Chunky was born. Networking and marketing began, and as interest grew plans were finalised and the first of many successful trips took place. Look out for large Chunky expansion during 2009.
